Privacy Policy

In short

• We do not sell your data or hand it to ad networks.
• Your video is yours; we claim no ownership.
• Raw social media data is deleted within 24 hours.
• We reach your connected accounts only through official APIs.
• We never see or ask for your social media password.

Access to your connected accounts

Connecting an account does not hand us your password: you approve it on the platform's own sign-in screen and what remains is an access token. That token is not held by us but by Zernio, who provide our publishing infrastructure; we deliver the post through them.

Read permission and publish permission are separate and granted separately. You can switch either off from your account screen at any time. Revoking a permission does not delete the channel record — your past posts are attached to it — but no further post goes to that channel.

Your video and content

The video you record and the script produced for you are yours. We process them only to deliver the service — editing, captioning and, if you allow it, publishing. We do not use them to train AI models and do not give them to third parties for marketing. If we ever want to show your work as an example, we ask you separately and explicitly.

Payment and card details

Subscription payments are taken through the licensed payment institution iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico). We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code; they are entered on iyzico's secure payment form. We keep only your subscription status, payment dates, amounts and transaction numbers.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and access is limited to those who need it. No system can promise absolute security; in the event of a breach we notify the Authority and you within the period the KVKK requires.

Cookies

There are three strictly necessary and functional cookies: the one that remembers your language (written only when you change the language yourself), the one that keeps your panel session open (removed when you sign out), and the one that remembers your cookie choice. Arriving on the site sets none of them.

Visit statistics are collected with COOKIELESS tools: no record identifying you is left behind and your device is not fingerprinted. We also record, ANONYMOUSLY, how far through the demo visitors get; that record holds no IP address, no browser signature and no email, and nothing is written to your device.

Advertising measurement — SUBJECT TO YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT. To see whether our ads work we use the measurement tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (the Meta pixel). It loads only if you choose "Accept all": without consent not a single request leaves your browser for Meta and we never download the script. With consent, the steps you take on the site (page views, starting the demo, subscribing) are also processed by Meta against our ad account and may be used for ad targeting; when you subscribe, the amount paid is part of that measurement.

Advertising measurement NEVER runs on the panel or admin screens: what a signed-in customer does on their working screens stays out of it.

You can withdraw consent at any time: click "Cookie choice" in the footer and pick "Only necessary" — the pixel will not load from that moment on. Your choice is kept for 6 months and then asked again. For records already created at Meta you can also object through Meta's own ad settings.

Children

The service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes
