Pre-contract Information Form

What you need to know before buying a subscription: the provider, the service, the fee, payment, performance, your right of withdrawal and how to complain.

Effective: 16 September 2026

1. Provider

LeadFab Reklam Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Peritara", "we"), Central Registry (MERSİS) no 0008079813600013, İstanbul Ticaret Odası registry no 858322-0, Maslak Tax Office no 0080798136, address Yeşilce Mah. Diken Sok. Beyazhan No: 4 K: 4, 4. Levent, Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye, email [email protected], phone +90 212 284 44 49.

2. Main characteristics of the service

Peritara is an online service, sold as a monthly subscription, that takes on social media content production: analysis of your accounts, topic suggestions, script writing, automatic editing of the video you record, captions, publishing to your connected accounts if you allow it, and reporting. Each plan's monthly video allowance, channel count and other scope are set out in the comparison table on the pricing page and on the product page.

3. Fee

The monthly fees on the pricing page and at the payment step include VAT. The total monthly amount for the plan you choose, taxes included, is shown again in the order summary before you pay. There are no delivery, set-up or similar extra charges.

4. Payment and renewal

  • Payment is taken by credit card only, through the licensed payment institution iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico); your card details never reach us.
  • The first payment is taken at purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month from the same card until you cancel.
  • To verify your card, the payment institution may charge 1 TRY and refund it immediately.
  • An electronic invoice is issued for every payment and sent to your email address.
  • If a renewal payment cannot be collected, your account moves to “payment pending”: content production and publishing pause until payment is received, and your data is not deleted.

5. Performance

The service is delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery. You buy from the account you signed in to by confirming your email address; once your payment is confirmed your subscription starts and you can use the service from your panel straight away.

6. Term and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and open-ended. You may cancel at any time with the “End subscription” button on the Account screen of your panel, or by writing to [email protected] from your registered email address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep using the service until then and are not charged for the next month.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the contract being formed, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun, with your express consent, before the withdrawal period ends. Peritara's service starts as soon as payment is confirmed, so at the purchase step you are asked to consent expressly to it starting immediately. If you give that consent, your right of withdrawal ends once performance begins.

Where the right of withdrawal can be used, send your notice in writing to [email protected]. We refund the full amount collected to the card you paid with within fourteen days of receiving your notice.

8. Complaints

For requests and complaints write to [email protected] or to Yeşilce Mah. Diken Sok. Beyazhan No: 4 K: 4, 4. Levent, Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.

9. Confirmation

You confirm at the purchase step that you have read this form. The form and the Distance Sales Agreement are always available on our website.
