That is exactly what Compliance Mode is for: every piece is scanned against your profession's rules before publishing; anything flagged is not published automatically and comes back to you with the reason. It is an assistive check — final responsibility towards your professional body stays with you, which is why the difference is only the cost of the check: 10%.
